This features a relatively standard single-storey structure (with a non-standard but cost-effective timber rainscreen cladding) and uses a modular, low capex/low opex integrated cooling design which combines tried and tested technology in a new and efficient way.

Not only does this allow a form of just-in-time provisioning, enabling the Day 1 build to cater to known needs for the next 18 months, but it allows efficient operation from Day 1 using free cooling, intelligent feedback controls, and cold aisle containment to achieve significant energy efficiency gains and a lower carbon footprint.
